THE AGENTS ACCOUNT IS CURRENTLY NOT ACTIVE

There are a number of possible causes for this:

The Agent has not yet synchronised to the Internet
To do this click the WWW button from the left hand tool bar in Universal & sync

OR

There is a problem with the Agents account
Please contact MRI Software for further assistance

OR

The account id is incorrect
