Du Cane Court History
Built in 1937 Du Cane Court is an Art Deco apartment block on Balham High Road, Balham, located close to Balham Northern Line tube station and also the mainline station, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s are a short stroll away. When built it was the largest privately owned block of flats under one roof in Europe.
